I mounted San Andreas several times, yet it won't let me play SA without a disc, I even did the No CD crack.

I got a wireless receiver. Got it from best buy for $20 so I'm sure you can find it on ebay for $12 or so

Mounted it and put the no cd crack in the San Andreas file folder.

Nobody bothered to ask this man his specs? Even some newer computers will only be able to run san andreas on low settings, but still not smooth. If this nikka spend all that time downloading and it dont work hes gonna be pissed. What ya computer lookin like???

I did the full install, my BD drive is currently out of my computer, does that affect me being able to play the game? What do you do once you dl the direct play or rip version, you just click the file and you play?

Oh ok, you are good then. I'm not sure why its not playing though. Depending on how the file was packaged, you may have to extract an ISO from the Rar files, then mount it and install.

Listen to the brother above me
and direct play usually is missing some sound files, but for the most part is unpack and play
try this if all else fails
