i've been going strong in the gym lately...So it's the second time this year that this acid lactic build up been happening to me to an extrem level that it prevents me to work out...
I've been schooling myself on this topic, so basically when you do a workout too quick and your body is not able to supply quickly oxygen to your muscle, lactic acid builds up...so you end up with burning and tearing sensations in your muscles...
Now there are 2 types of recovery: either rest for several days, and the levels of lactic acid will reduce, or you do light cardio or ligh weight training....
Any of you guys ever had this issue? and from your experience what is the best route to take to tackle this shyt??
