How do you control your urges to binge?

So I’m home for Christmas break, I have a high ankle sprain right now so I’ve just been trying to keep off of it you know. So I’ve only been sitting on my couch and playing video games.

In addition to this I be like “I want some wings or something” and I start door dashing myself food and shyt. I’ve been home for only a week and stepped on the scale earlier and it said I gained 10 pounds.

I already have poor impulse control as a person and this just feeds into that. Like right now As I’m typing this I want some cheesecake. Anyways how do you brothers find a way to control yourselves when food is calling for you?

I'd say whenever you get a calling, grab a big glass of water and chug it. I have a mason jar I drink out of. If I fill it up 5x and drink it, it's 1 gallon. So maybe it's 32oz or so.

I honestly can't tell you the last time I had a "craving" and I'm no monk. When I committed to drinking only water and at least a gallon a day, if I had a craving I'd drink some water and just wait and 9/10 times it would subside.

Most people are seriously confused. There body is thirsty but they think their body is hungry.

I can't tell you how many times including this passed weekend I was on the pizza sites and I downloaded some apps for Wendy's burger king....I was like "I'ma just chill and watch the fights.....I've earned it"

The fights were over before I could make a decision, nothing was appetizing. I think I had some garlic triscuits and some slices of cheese.

There was like 8 pieces of cheese and I ate a garlic biscuit with each one after the fights then went to bed.

My appetite is pretty much suppressed. I want wings or a good ass burger or some good cookies, tacos or pizza and I was looking hard too but nothing looked good.

If you feel yourself jonesing drink 32oz then wait 10-20 and see if you still feel it. Or if you think your bored just casually sip/drink water and see if they go away. Water fills you up, juice, milk and soda and shyt does not.

Just insta cart some healthy good tasting food..youtube it..cook it right. Mental shyt.

The Only Advice I Can Give Is Suck It Up And Get Hardcore For A Good Month, You Wont Crave As Much And When You Do You’ll Have More Discipline To Say No

If You Give In Once In A Blue Have 5 Wings Instead Of 10, Get The Tiny Juniors Cheese Cake Joint Instead Of A Whole Slice, Portion Your Cravings And Make Them Few And Far Between

But You Gotta Get Through That First Month On No Indulging

Delete door dash from your phone. Get everything out of the house you know that will derail you. Once your discipline is on point you’ll be able to be around junk and restrain your impulses.

...start cooking at home.

Even if you eat a "junk food"...its 100 times healthier when you make it yourself.

A hamburger aint bad if you make it yourself.

Best hunger suppressor for me is a cold brew or ice coffee. I can go to sleep to that shyt without dinner if I really want to and I drank it black with unsweetened toasted almond.:ohlawd: Just typing it making me want to go get one right now:noah:. Aight I’m Head out right now:myman:
