Don't eat them, as a mid 20's adult. My Mom used to hate this, but in elementary school, we'd have those huge boxes from Costco or wherever, and I'd always take one or two for lunch, dry, just crushing it and pouring in the seasoning. It was like a group of my friends and I always had the top ramen. I loved that shyt as a kid I ate it as a soup too, all the time. Then when I was a little older, I had to sit down for a little bit, and when I got out, realized I didn't want to eat that shyt anymore, and that was it.
