How do i step my Squat game up?

Give me some tips and excercises to help me boost my max.
One thing to add to your squat routine is this.
1. If you are in a power rack, adjust the spotting bars so that the barbell would be at a height where you are at the bottom of your squat.
2. Put the barbell on the spotting bars.
3. Put 80% of your one-rep max on the barbell.
4. Do one squat starting from the bottom and then go back down and let the bar rest on the spotting bars.
5. Each set is one rep to five reps. On multiple-rep sets, do not let the barbell bounce off the spotting bars. That defeats the purpose of the exercise.
6. You can add more weight or take off weight in subsequent sets.

Don't put your one-rep max on the barbell doing this. You won't go far. Warm up properly before doing this. It's a replacement exercise when you are doing heavy weight, low rep squats.

My max is still fukking garbage at 275 but what helped me was squatting 3x a week. I started at 95 and just worked my way up from there. I eventually plateaued but training at a higher frequency. I've read when you plateau you need to train at percentages much lower than your 1rm.
