How do I start getting in shape?
Embarrassment has keep me away from making this thread, but; I need a couple tips.
5'10"
200-206 lbs (fluckionates, for some reason [ was gonna hit the spchk, but,,,])
Broke, so I do eat too well
I got the books, apps and internet bookmarks, but I don't know where to start.
I don't even know how to come up with a goal. I just want a flat stomach, slimmer face (two places my weight is [aside from ]} and run a mile under 7 mins (that's what we had to do in high school).
