I want my chest to be defined and pop out.

I want it to look exactly like this. How?

Your chest won't look exactly like someone else's. It's your own genetics.

That dude has a good body and low body fat period. So that makes the chest look even better. He has good shoulders and back for example.

But anyways - you want a nice chest? IMO get your bench to 220lb minimum strength wise. Say 10 perfect reps of that or 8x3 or whatever. But be comfortable with that. 5x5 is great for building base strength. Once you're at 220lb - go back down significantly but increase the volume. 10-15 reps with at least 40 reps total. Just strength routine then a hypotrophy routine. Gaining weight will help obviously. If you have to lose weight - i'd say lose it from the start of the strength routine you should make strength gains for awhile.

Start an upper body workout plan.
Even though you want a prominent chest, you have to build up the muscles around it so that you will have a body that looks proportionate. That means you need to build up your biceps, triceps, forearms, trapezius, deltoids and lats. Divide your workouts to work on these body parts so that you aren't working on the same body part two days in a row.
