About 3 months ago I started working on cardio and eating better and drinking less and all that good stuff, I was at 198lbs and I am now down to 166 which is the target weight for my height. My question is how do I stay at this weight ? do I switch to cardio every other day ?

I'd like to know this too. I'm down to about 165 and i'm not trying to lose weight anymore but still creeping down. Got lighter than i intended to get.

Focus on your diet. Calculate your maintenance calories and eat that amount. You'll probably have to tweak it according to your training plan. Just keep monitoring your weight and your food intake and adjust accordingly.

There is a certain amount of calories you can eat to maintain your weight. You can calculate that on weightloss websites.

DL and Squat brehs, I haven't done that calories in and out shyt in years..

Yet have been at a solid 175

I would imagine you know your baseline and what works for you. I could not count calories now and be pretty on point but a few weeks/months of counting is a good tool for people starting out.

It kind of interesting when you get in tune with you body and can tell when you are getting leaner just by feel.
