Most men aren't getting swole off just calisthenics why u afraid of the gym?
Do you have any pics my brotha? We also might have different opinions on what swole is. I love calisthenics btw and do them when I take time off the gym.Because they don't know how to,and don't take the effort and time to,its possible I did it my first year incarcerated and seen a handful of others do it,while in the box.

But yeah, a lot of cats can't even get swole in the gym cuz they don't know what they are doing.
First you have to get the stamina and endurance portion which means being able to bust out the reps and not get tired or burned up due to lactic acid. Then to get swole and cut you can add weight to them. As long as you are eating right then your not going to get super big but you are going to be lean and very cut, doing bodyweight exercises with a little weight such as squats holding dumbells or a weight vest, pushups with a weight vest you can get super cut.
This is somewhat right,main thing is you have to cut your rest periods and up the reps,and also hold some pull ups for time under tension,I made a thread on it awhile back:

Ive read that thread, its good. I've been an advocate for bw exercises for a very long time. It was one of the things I insisted all my beginner clients did when I was personal training.

I feel you on that. I only go as soon as the gym opens or around 2-3 when it's empty before the rush. Cop a kettlebell tho if you wanna get cut up. I alternate between calisthenics, kettlebells and traditional weights.
