How do I get swole off only bodyweight exercises?

Because they don't know how to,and don't take the effort and time to,its possible I did it my first year incarcerated and seen a handful of others do it,while in the box.
Do you have any pics my brotha? We also might have different opinions on what swole is. I love calisthenics btw and do them when I take time off the gym.

But yeah, a lot of cats can't even get swole in the gym cuz they don't know what they are doing.

First you have to get the stamina and endurance portion which means being able to bust out the reps and not get tired or burned up due to lactic acid. Then to get swole and cut you can add weight to them. As long as you are eating right then your not going to get super big but you are going to be lean and very cut, doing bodyweight exercises with a little weight such as squats holding dumbells or a weight vest, pushups with a weight vest you can get super cut.

different variations require a piece of equipment such as a couch, a chair, two chairs, stairs. you can use your bed-

the best thing to do is start slow so you can get your breathing and form right, then as you do them the reps will come, with the reps come the stamina (speed in reps before getting tired), then the endurance (ability to continue through or where muscle fatigue (lactic burn) would usually occur). As you get to the point you're going to be building and strengthening lean muscle which will burn fat, so once you add some cardio and proper nutrition once the fat melts off you'll be chiseled.

And how I knew two guys who actually did 0 weights they're entire incarceration and was able to bench 405+,with 0 weights

This is somewhat right,main thing is you have to cut your rest periods and up the reps,and also hold some pull ups for time under tension,I made a thread on it awhile back:

Ive read that thread, its good. I've been an advocate for bw exercises for a very long time. It was one of the things I insisted all my beginner clients did when I was personal training.

Ok, but yeah man,a lot of guys have been tricked into believing lifting weights is the only way to get big,but its not,but they rather believe that it is,rather than trying something different. I seen it with my own 2 eyes what it did for me and other guys who did just strictly calisthenics, matter of fact on of the cats I was incarcerated with who could bench about 430 off straight calisthenics has a rap video on YouTube and he was super built at 5'9 215 when he first came home.

The only time I can go is when it's packed, and I hate being in the gym when I have to wait for rmachines and shyt
I feel you on that. I only go as soon as the gym opens or around 2-3 when it's empty before the rush. Cop a kettlebell tho if you wanna get cut up. I alternate between calisthenics, kettlebells and traditional weights. Dudes hate on KB's but they are great.
