How do I eat more without feeling bloated

Like I eat a big breakfast then when lunch comes around I cnt eat as much as I want due to the food from breakfast, then at dinner its kinda of the same thing. Hell sumtimes I wake up and when I eat I get full fast and then this causes me to eat less threw out the day. How can I expand my eating limit and not get full fast, what are good food portions to follow to get the correct calorie intake needed.

Drink lots of water and be consistent. just gotta forcefeed yourself until your stomach gets used to all the food. it'll take a good month or so fore you get used to eating so much. whats your calorie intake right now? Maybe break it down into more meals per day but smaller portions
