What kind of dips were you trying to perform breh? There's chest dips and tricep dips.

If you can't do them with your feet up, start with your feet on the ground. Eventually you'll build enough strength to do them big boy dips.
If you're doing the chest or tricep dips like in the links above then you can also try doing an assisted negative dip. Grab a bench, step, chair, etc. to help with the positive part of the dip. As you're going back down on the negative use resistance slowly lowering yourself back down for a count of about 5 seconds. This should help you build enough strength were you can do these exercises eventually on your own.
