Orton didn't necessarily fall off, its just that he's suffering from wrestling's version of the astronaut effect. He's accomplished every thing that he's can in his career now he is just there. Yet at the same time rather than forcing him in the main event scene constanly like Cena I respect that they are using him wisely by giving him this legit undercard feud with The Shield.
