Hit yourself in the head a thousand times to become extremely flimsy
Ignore obvious things, multitask to ruin your concentration and get distracted by everything
Buy a mat and hit it in series of 3, 100 times a day
Ask random people with briefcases if they want to cash in RIGHT NOW, and be insistent

Usually refs are somehow connected just like other sports, whether it was college or they tried getting in somehow. Your best bet like everyone said is to join some school

Go to wrestling school to learn. Most schools have a local fed for their students to perform in.

You could also hit up a local Indy, if you have one in your area, and offer to do it for free if they train you and you may become an alternate if someone falls out. I’m not talking about PWG or a big Indy. I’m talking about 50 people, hotdog and a handshake Indy.
