How come redman gets a pass for content?

I always read Redman is a GOAT but never see anyone question the fact he doesn't make meaningful songs and what not, like with other rappers. He pretty much stuck to his wild, hilariously rapping throughout his career.

Different artists for different things...

Certain things aren't for certain people... nobody really ever wanted to hear a deep introspective Redman song. Just like nobody wants to hear Scarface make a party joint, or Pac rap about bein' a dope MC. Redman was who you listened to when you just wanted to hear some nice ass rhymes and some shyt to crack up laughin' at.
