How did he not go blind as it was the only technique he used?

His eye was never crushed, it’s what saved him from an instant DOA, it was by accident so some of his body was crushed.

maybe his teleportation technique wasn’t MS

Dude he activated the teleportation jutsu that’s what saved him, his eye was NEVER crushed just part of his body
