I live in SC now coming from NJ/PA. My property taxes is a 3rd of the price, no more snow, nicer folks . Didn't realize I would like it this much but I do. I'm in the Midlands btw. Greensville downtown is dope and ofcourse the Charleston area is cool with the beaches which is where I'm going July 4th. Only turn off I have are HOAs are everywhere.
