who cares. Nobody was sitting there like "damn, we really need to get Beanie Sigel and DJ Premier in the booth together."
budget, id imagine. Beans would usually get in-house work, mixed in with some lesser knowns
By time Sigel got to Roc-a-Fella it was mostly in-house producers working on projects

Why not. Primo stay working with bum ass nikkas. Beans would be a major upgrade.

I dunno about that. Beanie was a notch above bum ass rapper with the Roc-A-Fella machine. He was never really that nice.
Don't get me wrong - he wasn't trash. He was alright. So is Blaq Poet.

Beans gets writers block a lot
And premo does take awhile making beats from scratch no one really likes to get those already made beats from what I see
