ElaboratePretty much this, especially with lifting. You'll have those days that after lifting your body will just feel "hungry" / active, almost like it’s eating itself.
Also, I find when your bowel movements are quickened that’s a sign of heightened metabolism or at least an active system.
Intermittent fasting (8hour eating window) + exclusively drink water or coconut water is the way to gothanks in advance
