How are the job prospects for law graduates?

Depends on your school and marks. Top marks anyhere will you you a job, not necessarily at a big firm but a job nonetheless. Above median marks from a t50 should puts you in good stead. Median to above median at a t15 is bank. For all intents and purposes international law doesn't exist unless a person has high enough marks to get a job in government. Patent law is doable if one is coming from a science or math background. However If you want real information I'd advise you to seek out a law forum, like I do.

My boy graduated from wayne state this year and had a job lined up...but he was working at the firm during school too 
. Like most anything else you gotta make connections during school nothing's a given. But its still a good career choice long as ur smart about it.
