I’m here live and this offensive line is nauseating to watch. They at least have the injury excuse, the defense doesn’t have any excuses for giving up multiple third downs to Gardner Minshew. Stroud and Nico are money, but these guys need a fully healthy unit badly. Also, when you have a battered OL like this, how are you calling plays like 5 step drops?? Put him in shotgun and let him work, not right under center where as soon as he snaps the ball the pocket is caving in.

Shout out to Nico for letting it be known that him not catching passes beforehand was a QB problem and not a him problem. All those previous QBs were throwing the ball at the ground, his ankles, or in the stands instead of to him.

I definitely witnessed this. 4 of your 5 starting linemen your, various rookies and/or practice squad elevations. So far there’s multiple guys forced into starting spots when they solely need to be relief guys.

The quicker Slowik realized we’re a passing team the better. Gonna need to use the passing game to open run game for Pierce especially with this beat up o-line. Let CJ/Nico/Tank get to work to make life easier for the running backs.

Very overlooked here. Everybody has focused on the OL being injured and your starting safeties being injured, along with the bad play of the D line, but no one has mentioned any of the LBs. They were directly responsible for the third downs given up.
