Just skimmed over some of that. Will read more into later. Definitely will try decreasing weight and maintaining the reps instead of currently increasing weight and doing less reps.
"In our program you will perform somewhere between 6-12 reps. Most of our upper
body routines use eight to ten reps as the ideal rep range. You will perform 12 reps on all
neck and leg exercises."
