This story could very much be true, but that source is weak.
Don't forget there is a propoganda campaign against Ethiopia (and eventually all of EA) because they want to be self reliant. This propoganda looks like warfare tactics.
Ethiopia also showed it's defiance to the west by supporting the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Ethiopia has been throwing up them middle fingers ever since the west turned their back on them.
Egypt wants that damn blown up, and Egypt is an ally to the west.
A lot more is going on here. Too many variables.
