'Hook' 25th anniversary Lost Boys reunion photos are bangerang
The stars of
Hook celebrated the beloved film’s 25th anniversary by revisiting their Neverland characters in a nostalgic photo shoot.
Steven Spielberg’s take on Peter Pan turns 25 on Dec. 11, and the actors who played the Lost Boys — Ryan J. Francis, Raushan Hammond, Isaiah Robinson, Thomas Tulak, Dante Basco, Brett Willis, Ahmad Stoner, Bo Gheorghe, Bryan Willis, and James Madio — kicked off the festivities early, donning outfits inspired by their
Hook costumes, including Rufio’s iconic red feathered mohawk.
Online production company 22 Vision posted the reunion photos Monday, ahead of the second anniversary of star Robin Williams’ death on Aug. 11. The actors took time during their reunion to remember Williams, who played Peter Pan in the film.
“I think for all of us [Robin’s death] was the death of our childhood,” Basco, who played Rufio,
told Entertainment Tonight at the reunion. “There’s sadness there, also there’s a lot of space to kind of celebrate one of the most legendary artists of our time. … [Robin] really taught me at a young age what it means to be a star, what it means to be a leader on a set. Everything you want Robin Williams to be he delivered in spades.”
