So my gym membership expired, I have access to a boxing gym once a week and can get an intense workout in , but I need to do more than that. I basically decided to make this as motivation and helpful for myself and others.

My program

at least jog 20 miles a week
one boxing gym workout
100 pushups every other day
100 sit ups 2days then one rest one day
30 pull ups every 3 days
back extensions once a week
Ab roller 4 times a week

diet

two glasses of water to start day
oatmeal for Breakfest
no sugar after 3pm
limit bread as much as possible, view bread as candy

Good program. They're realistic numbers as opposed to some crazy routines that suggest stuff 300 pushups and 100 pullups a day( :comeon:).

You trying to slim down obviously:patrice: I think you can do more situps and pushups though personally.
