So my gym membership expired, I have access to a boxing gym once a week and can get an intense workout in , but I need to do more than that. I basically decided to make this as motivation and helpful for myself and others.
My program
at least jog 20 miles a week
one boxing gym workout
100 pushups every other day
100 sit ups 2days then one rest one day
30 pull ups every 3 days
back extensions once a week
Ab roller 4 times a week
diet
two glasses of water to start day
oatmeal for Breakfest
no sugar after 3pm
limit bread as much as possible, view bread as candy
