Property value in those burbs has skyrocketed since covid.
Winnetka, Kenilworth, Glencoe, etc...them shyts are OOOOOOOOOOOOOLD money. This home is gorgeous if you actually see it in person, and the value makes sense. Some retired aviation tyc00n or some shyt is gonna cop. The people who live in those communities keep things locked down. Don't get me started on the private beaches along the north shore.

I was looking at this this morning. That shyt is dope. The house was originally built in the 1920s. The current owners use the house as a one night Airbnb.
