Work hard and make a good impression and they may possibly hire you permanently. While you are employed, keep looking for better opportunities to further extend your success.
so what you are saying is that we in the western world are slaves essentially. we are stuck in a cycle of where you think you need to go to school so you can go to work and die etc.

You're a slave if you depend on others for your income. If you can save some money and invest in yourself and ideas, and make something of it, then you can be "free". I worked since I was 14. Saved some money up and started a few ventures in the past 3 years and while I don't make a lot of money now, I make enough to get by on my own. I'm my own boss and I tell my people what to do and now they get paid to help me make money. But yeah, if you depend on others for your income then you will always be a slave to their needs. You are making their dreams come true instead of your own.

speaking of your mind struggling from getting punched daily, I would give up boxing or any violent sport that has your head getting knocked. Unless you have extra ordinary talent and the paper is sweet, nothing can justify your brain getting damaged for others' entertainment.
Personally, you can't pay me enough to be a boxer or even an nfl football. I watch it from proxy but that's about it.

now what?
What are your goals? Hard to say which direction you should go if you don't have an endgame in mind. THEN i'd say 3,6,9,12,24. And by that I mean, what's your plan for 3 months from now, 6 months, 12, and 24 months to help move you towards that goal?
If you're doing something that isn't moving you towards that goal then you're doing it wrong.
Generically though, as it's a seasonal job i'd still be out there trying to put in applications and such to get some long term employment in hand, AND bust ass at the seasonal job so they might hire you on full time.

You seriously gonna ask a forum on gps like life directions? Ain't you still in experiencing puberty, young pup? Don't you have any positive individuals around you IRL to talk some sense into that cranium of yours?!
My 2 cents: Hold down this full time gig albeit temporary in the mean time stop thinking like a wannabe Django (negate from slave like mentality) & arm yourself with some self study material if that's not an option...since you in a warehouse, show enthusiasm & pick up a couple books on amazon on logistics & stock tracking! Ask your supervisor what software/program they use to handle operations & become affluent in that system! Alil bit of curiosity & impressionable work ethic goes a long way breh.....I swear if I was as young as you I'd do things so much differently...consider yourself lucky on that note!
