Hitman Absolution: game doesnt save anymore...how do I download a patch?

So if u google it (or if u have it), i turned my game on today for the first time in a few weeks, and it says something like "saving deviced is damaged"...and basically wiped out everything i had

I googled it, and apparently theres a shytload of people with the same problem...IO has made statements about it, and said they put out a "patch"...thats cute and everything, but how do I download it? i looked for it on Xbox marketplace, and didnt see it...how/where am i supposed to download this thing?

alright...u can delete this thread..just saw that apparently it "automatically"download when u start the game...even tho i didnt see that when I started it up...but we'll see

I had the same shyt happen to me, i was pretty far into the game and then i booted it up and it lost all my save info...i was heated, but i figured it was a problem unique to me and just played through it again...already beat it
