I never went to college but a hip hop course sounds interesting. I don't think they could teach me much that I don't already know by now tho.
I mean, u always learn new things but I'm pretty informed on the subject. I would rather them teach me a skill. Like going to music production courses and such.

I did my freshman year to get an easy A.
We went over the beginnings of hip hop and all of the culture, including dance, graffiti, and dj'ing.
We had some guests visit too like Pharoah Monch and some writers...
I pretty much chilled in the back while all the white people took notes in amazement...

kinda unaware about the hip-hop course but a friend of mine once told me that he took a course and had to write an essay on afrika bambaataa and red alert.

I feel like its a waste of money. Why spend $$$ to be taught shyt you've been studying all your life? Esp if it wont help you get dat bwuead
