if you aint vomiting you didnt work hard enough. if you aint feel like you were about to drop dead then you aint work hard enough.
You could be, vomiting after a workout isn't needed for me. My body comp needs a lot of work but my cardio is in good shapeum yes. theres levels to this shyt. i can guarantee im in better shape than you. probably why i can work out to vomiting status everytime.
the fitness boxing will get you in is on another level.

omg, i feel this thread completely. one hill i workout on, it's ok til you get hit dead in the face with 40 degree incline, all momentum is gone, dizziness sets in. but when they're done you feel like a champion....still hate that shyt tho
