Too quick to run your mouth like a woman. When i say sound ignorant i mean the way they actually speak. The annunciation of words sounds like a lack of education whereas someone involved in crime that nets more money but still can entail the same level of violence sounds like Urkel. I guess it went over your head because you've only been around clowns.
Actually the hitler thing proves my point. A guy like that sounds extra educated and like a schmuck and the goons you may have come across like they didnt pass middle school. The greater the crime, the better the speaking.

Wrong. Hitler was known and still is known as one of the greatest speakers of all time.

^^^actually one of the main reasons is racial profiling. It really has nothing to do with how they speak, and has more to do with cops are more likely to patrol black neighborhoods than white neighborhoods.
