And why did Rebecca put up with it. I would not want to live above my co-worker. She was a TV personality she could at least afford her own house.

They did move out. If you watched the show there was an episode right after they get married where they move out, but Michelle misses him so much that they decided to move back into the Tanner house. Don't make threads asking questions that the show ALREADY ANSWERED.

Season 4 Episode 20
"Fuller House" Joel Zwick Leslie Ray & David Steven Simon February 22, 1991
Now a married man, Jesse moves out of the Tanners' house, only to realize that he misses his family very much, especially Michelle; Becky comes up with a solution. In the sub-plot, Stephanie struggles to learn fractions.

We'll have to watch the reboot Fuller House coming out on netflix to find out. :yeshrug:My guess is because it was just easier. Never gotta worry about a baby sitter when you have a house full of girls. Also, like someone said cheaper.

I think if anyone should have moved out it should have been Joey. Him living in the garage was probably the main reason he never settled down with anyone. At least Jessie had close bonds with the girls and the girls helped raise the twins, so he had reasons to keep living there.

The real estate in San Fran is insane. And let's not act like that house wasn't huge. I'm sure Jesse and Joey were pitching in.
