Help a breh out. My stove broke, but I got a forman grill. All you weight lifting niiggas give me some meal plans so I can bulk up...healthyly.

This is open to all you weight liftin niiggas. 600 calorie meals or better. Again, my stove broke and all I got is a Forman grill and microwave and I want it to be healthy.

Look into getting a hot plate if your stove is broken... But dude above me pretty much covered it all..

Add quinoa and brown rice to the list as well, and avocados...

Grill all your meats/poultry/fish on the foreman
Buy those microwave steam bags to steam veggies
See if you can cop a rice cooker. You can do couscous, rice and quinoa in that.
You can slow boil and egg by placing it boiling water and putting a lid on the pot but it would take a minute.

Nuts (cheapest and easiest thing tbh you will bulk up fast with nuts they're easy to munch on and swallow through the day I eat a bag a day which gives me 1200 calories for a small bag)

Milk is good but ideally just have it with your shakes and treble the calorie intake.

Oatmeal really creamy oatmeal.

) and I drank a few yesterday and earlier today. That shyt made me want to throw up while I was shytting it out. I was so indecisive and nervous...:wow:

Cool breh, I've been lifting for a few years now and this is my go to shake when I want to put on MASS. I've used every bulking shake but NOTHING comes close, this is real real deal, only use it if you're very serious about gaining muscle cos I recommended it to my breh and he got excited with all the extra mass (skinny nikka thought he couldn't gain ever but with this he gained 60 pounds in 6 months) and he stopped working out as much and said it's 'too strong' :ufdup: so only use if you know you've got the time to make sure all you gain is pure muscle otherwise don't come to me :ufdup: If you're skinny ectomorph who thinks his metabolism means he can gain and not lift you'll get fat quick :ufdup:


It's called MHP 'UP YOUR MASS' get the Vanilla flavour only, it tastes like Ice Cream, have every night after your work out. I used to put mine in the freezer before I drank it :krs::ohlawd:

In regard to the nuts, yeah don't do all that grinding shyt, all that's extra, get a small bag of nuts or medium with about 1200 calories per bag and munch on it through the day as a snack. I do that every day and that's an automatic 1200 calories.

Just eat it bit by bit through the day don't try to eat everything in one go.

A combination of these two alone as snacks will be 2800 calories. Your main meals can cover the rest. But if your simple shake and nuts give you that many calories ain't hard to pack on the rest :ld:


Be warned this shyt works, if you stop working out, you'll get :flabbynsick:

I am, but I bought expensive ass Almond Milk.

Normally the almond milk doesn't fukk with my stomach.

:russ: No I don't really just eat peanut butter and chicken. PB and chicken make up a nice size of my diet though. I prefer whole nuts over PB though.




I avoid soda, candy, microwave dinners and all of that fake junk. I eat a lot because its a habit I learned from playing football but I eat real food. I don't really plan, I just stay in a range of certain feeds.
