Those of you with an apple watch are aware of their total calorie expenditure of the day under the “Move” section.
So yesterday it read that my daily total calorie expended was 3650 calories which I guess is accurate considering I spent 2.5hrs in the gym lifting weights and doing cardio. My daily calorie intake which I measure on myfitnesspal is 2350 calories. Does that mean if I keep this up I’ll eventually lose weight? Or am I reading something wrong here. Help me out here.
