Got the hookup last week from the boy @diggy :blesssed:

DAY ONE

First day I got it was hypertrophy leg day.

I went CRAZY. Much harder to gauge it's effect on strength on a day like this, but my endurance was incredible.

I was worried about the workout because I'd never used a pwo with DMAA and I'd worked 10-hours that day before I got to the gym. So I was tired as shyt and worried I was going to waste a session.

NOPE!

I took 1 scoop (Lemonade) and within 30 minutes I had forgotten all about those concerns. My mind was fukking READY. I was expecting more of the beta alanine tingle, but didn't really get much. I should add that I have a pretty high tolerance for stimulants.

The first half of the workout was pretty standard, 12-15 rep squat sets...calf raises....leg press. Probably got a few extra reps in each set. Threw some 135-185 jump squats in at the end :merchant:

I really noticed the difference when I hit the last exercise. I usually finish with some lighter weight deadlifts or RDLs...but I HATE high reps on this exercise. Never really do more than 6. But today, on the hex bar DL, I hit sets of 10 on 275, 295 and 315 like it was NOTHING. And this was like 60+ minutes into the workout and close to 90 minutes since I took the Dust.

First impression: Most effective PWO I've used
*Again, I never used any of the previous DMAA supps that people rave about.

Oh yeah, it tastes fukking awful.

But I couldn't care less :russ:
Im going to taste the watermelon flavor and see how it is this week. The lemonade is straight. I usually mix it in 4-6 oz of water and just shoot it down so it hits me within 1/2 hour max

Well I guess the flavor is a trade off for the results in your case

No doubt. Flavor is easily the least important factor imo.

And I've definitely had worse :yeshrug:

Put it to another test Monday night.

Got stuck at work, then a meeting went late, so I didn't get the gym until close to 8:30....but I still took the Angel Dust.

Had a fantastic workout...but the best news was that I was still able to get to sleep afterwards, within 4 hours of taking it.

The workout was high-rep back day....killed it.

On my hypertrophy days, I find myself almost FORCING myself to stop. I'm doing 2-3 more exercises than usual...and in about the same amount of time because I'm so focused that my rest periods are shrinking every time.

Still on just one scoop a day.

No. I'm going out of town tomorrow for 10 days and don't want it sitting out for so long while I'm gone.

But I can't wait to try this. Been looking for something good since the mesomorph formula got changed up.

you should love it..theres an xmas sale coming up next week so that may be the best time to order...20-25% off possibly

Heavy leg day.....:whew:

Matched a PR - 425 deadlift........as the LAST exercise of the day

Started off with hack squats (machine)....first time with 5 PPS...went 5x5 :leon:

I don't notice strength increases on every lift, so I'm not sure how much effect it's having there....but I think it's mostly mental stamina and focus.

Over the next two weeks I hope to set PRs on.....well, everything :lolbron:

Played ball early this morning.....reffed a HS game this afternoon....DEFINITELY wasn't feeling leg day today. Hit the gym figuring I'd just do abs or something if I couldn't get going...

This shyt got me going :whew:

Not a great lift, but pretty damn good considering my condition :heh:

4x10 Squat
3x20 Calf Raise
4x15 Leg Press
3x10 Leg Curl
