DAY ONE
First day I got it was hypertrophy leg day.
I went CRAZY. Much harder to gauge it's effect on strength on a day like this, but my endurance was incredible.
I was worried about the workout because I'd never used a pwo with DMAA and I'd worked 10-hours that day before I got to the gym. So I was tired as shyt and worried I was going to waste a session.
NOPE!
I took 1 scoop (Lemonade) and within 30 minutes I had forgotten all about those concerns. My mind was fukking READY. I was expecting more of the beta alanine tingle, but didn't really get much. I should add that I have a pretty high tolerance for stimulants.
The first half of the workout was pretty standard, 12-15 rep squat sets...calf raises....leg press. Probably got a few extra reps in each set. Threw some 135-185 jump squats in at the end
I really noticed the difference when I hit the last exercise. I usually finish with some lighter weight deadlifts or RDLs...but I HATE high reps on this exercise. Never really do more than 6. But today, on the hex bar DL, I hit sets of 10 on 275, 295 and 315 like it was NOTHING. And this was like 60+ minutes into the workout and close to 90 minutes since I took the Dust.
First impression: Most effective PWO I've used
