Sounds pretty lowkey, so don't know how big of a event it was, but Trips for the most part wasn't a junkie. I am assuming he did respectable levels aside from 2002 of HGH, Steroids but cut down on them as he aged. Just goes to show even a guy like Triple H is not immune to these things despite how well he works out.
If he's having heart problems already at his age that's not good. He always wanted to be a body builder so I'm sure he's abused steroids in the past. Hopefully it was nothing to crazy and he's ok.

Probably roids but HHH is well known for not drinking or doing hard drugs, could've had that mindset because he had known about the heart condition. But just likely years of juicing. Hate to see Scott Steiners heart right now
