Some bright spots and some areas to improve upon
Good angles
from these angles you really get to focus on the speaker and not the audience. It's a good thing for the viewer to feel immersed and close to the action
I would work on the editing. You do a good job splicing in pictures when necessary but I would try to tell more of a story somehow (if that makes sense)..
