Help with withdrawals

My doc wants me to get off of a benzo that is fukking with my liver or something and now i feel all of these withdrawals (I guess you would call it dopesickness). Suggestions on how or what to do to help with this shyt or do I just gotta go through hell for a few weeks?

then what youre getting is too LOUD for you. get some reggie or mid and chill out.

or u can just do the loud and chill in a comfortable environment and watch a cool movie

and a blunt every so often wont make you fail a drug test.

I quit smoking cigs a year ago (after smoking for 10 years), but strongly considered it today. I may have to do that. It helped with other shyt before

That's how I did it with smoking, but that shyt isn't as serious as a benzo. I can't take anything to sleep because nothing works I'm too strung out. Ambien ain't even working

klonopin 1.5mg a day for a long time (doc gave me some low level ativan to help with the comedown, but that shyt ain't working). I called in to her office, about all of this, and she isn't returning my calls

breh what you can try doing is getting some p*ssy to help put your mind at ease but from what i know about benzos those shyts fukked up your sex drive something serious?
