Help with my eating, sleeping and workout schedule

I have a schedule that I've been working for the past two months that goes like this:

Mon - Fri
8am-330pm first gig
9pm-1am second gig
Off on weekends

With this schedule, I've been unsure about when I should workout, sleep and eat. Any tips?

That’s kinda rough if you got the time straight after 3.30 hard 45 min session go home eat nap to the 2nd job
