But anyway, you can try Uninstalling the USB Controllers. It's in Device Manager. Google if you need help...

In all seriousness try uninstalling/reinstalling the USB Controllers...if not then...do a system rollback to before it happened.

Have you recently installed any new drivers? Do you have any outdated drivers shown in Device Manager?
