Help!!....Trying to Increase the Pixel Size of Some Pictures and Then Upload

1) Need it by tomorrow, assuming before 5 pm.

2) This is what the website says that I'm trying to upload to, when I'm ready to upload

Maximum photo size 2 MB (2048 KB).
Acceptable File Formats: JPG, JPEG, PDF, TIF, TIFF

3) Now when I try to put in my current pictures, it says:

Unfortunately the quality of this photo is not high enough for this publication. Photos must have a minimum pixel count (both width and height) of 300. Your image did not meet this requirement. Please select another photo

.

4) I don't have another photo for what I'm doing....so is there any site or somethnig I can do to make the photo 300 pixels by 300 pixels

5) The photos I have right now are saved in JPEG and are both 6 KB??

6) I tried these two sites, but both only makes the picture smaller....
