The gym is overwhelming to Newcomer like myslef. What machines should I be using or avoiding? Should I be using free weights? Why this bytch beside me lifting more than what I owe on my student loans. What should I be doing for warm ups. So many questions I left house with a fully charged iPod and beats and came home in 40 mins felling like :to::damn:

First thing don't worry what anybody else is doing

Your there for you

2nd you need to figure out what exactly are you trying to do

We live in a world with access to a lot of information.... Use it

Google routines and workout plans

Start slow and build a routine you like

Sample workout

Warm up with push-ups and stretch but really stretch

Jump on the treadmill for 5 mins but just slow to get your heart rate moving

Then depends on what day your at

machines and free weights should both be apart of your plan

Go to bodybuilding com and look at the routine sections and build one from there

free weights are virtually always better than machines
