seriously though

im hittin the gym every MWFS with hoopin in between i do full body workouts with a bit of cardio in between sets. i have seen improvements but what can i do to reach my potential. i have also cut my diet to just salads with chicken or some other meat and veggies and meet

i dont really have a "program" just been doing what i was doing when i palyed football
everything is on dumbells because of should problems i have (torn labrum and lax joints)

5x5 dumbell press
3x10 military dumbell
5x5 dumbell incline
3x10 dumbell fly
3x10 straight arm dumbell pull over
3x10 curls
3x10 should shrug

lowerbody

dumbell lunges
dumbell squats
jumprope
box jumps

abs
decline sit ups
regular sit ups
seated leg tucks

abs and jump rope are usually done between upperbody sets to keep my heart rate up
