Help me with some trade etiquette in my league

On Wednesday a trade was offered (Cedric Benson for Vincent Jackson and Pierre Thomas), and today when rosters were unlocked the trade was accepted.

Benson is hurt, and the trade was accepted knowing he was hurt. But the other team could have withdrew the trade at any point.

What are your thoughts?

If neither of the parties object you let it go through. Unless you think they're colluding to the detriment of the rest of the league.
