im not fat but im skinny fat now....I want to shed this pudge the fastest way possible for an ectomorph.
Im going to start running stairs at my boys apartment and hop on a liquid diet then get back on Olympic lifting and bulking in about a month.
its not a motivation issue or anything, there's this yellow bone im trying to cuff, just need a plan
