Anyway, eat vegetables(real ones, not frozen); stay away from fried foods, junk food, bagels, sugary cereals,. Peanut Butter and Nuts(Almonds, Pecans, Pistachios, as long as they're not too salty) are good sources of protein.
Also, get in the habit of cooking. It's affordable to eat healthy, as long as you're cooking a majority of things you eat.
You don't have to eat what's posted below, but it's ideal meal choices:
Breakfast: Oats; Waffles(not eggos or anything frozen, but natural non-sugary ones you make), fruit salad(Cantaloupe, strawberries, etc), Egg Whites or Boiled Eggs, Multi-Grain Cheerios/Kashi Cereal/or something similar to it
Lunch/Dinner: Non-fried Meat(tofu;, fish, steak, chicken, etc) w/ a side of vegetables and rice/quinoa/couscous or pasta w/ a little bit of oil. Tuna sandwich w/ wheat bread
You can definitely find way more healthy meal ideas, but I just wanted to give you a starting point.
