Trying to add an exercise or two to my routine. Right now I'm doing fierce 5 which is mon, wed, Friday. Eventually I'll go to a split in about 2 months or so. I do regular deadlifts one day every week too.
Workout a
Squat(3x5) bench(3x5) pendlay rows(3x8) face pulls(3x10)(ab work and bicep curls super set x2)
Workout b
Front squat(3x5) over head press(standing to help with core)3x5 RDL(3x8) lat pull down (3x10)(calf raises and tricep press down superset x2)
Maybe some forearms and something else for pecs too cause mine suck ass.
