I haven't worked out in almost 3 years because of my work schedule but now i'm ready to commit myself to put in work. Before I moved and got my job, I had access to weights (my dads bench press and 2 dumbbells) and a punching bag but I was still able to get a workout in without going to a gym. Here I have one 15lb dumbbell and a punching bag but that's it. I do live by a track, a basketball court and a trail a little bit further down the street though. I was thinking about putting sand or water in two milk jugs and use that as weights. A positive is that I work at a grocery store so I can get everything for a diet but I don't know any diets to try out. I just need help with a weekly routine that I can stick with. Also I walk from work to the train station then home almost everyday, It's about 2 miles all together roughly. I work with 50lb boxes at my job too, so maybe i can get a workout in while i'm working? Idk
