I'm trying to get back in the gym after about 3 months off. I'm not exactly a beginner, I've been lifting on and off since HS but haven't done it consistently for about 3 months. And that seems to be the problem, I'll be consistent for about 3 weeks/months than fall off and I'm hoping to change that.
My main goal is to gain MASS. I'm way skinny (5'9" 145) but otherwise in decent shape from playing sports, mainly soccer and bball at least once a week.
The problem: The gym at my school sucks as far as the equipment. No barbells whatsoever, just dumbbells, but they go up to 100+lbs. In addition, they have some machines such as leg press/extension, machine for lat pull-downs,rows,triceps etc. and treadmills.
Since I'm busy with school, I think a 3 or 4 day split would work best. In addition, my only source of cardio would be playing ball once a week for about 2hrs. Help me build a routine brehs, I wanna get swole
