One with Leslie Nielsen? He had two movies come out in 98, Wrongfully Accused and Saftey Patrol. I would guess it's Wrongfully Accused.

there was a made for tv movie back in the early 90's about a black football player that got a scholarship and attended a white college...he started dating one of the becky's and caught mad backlash...one day some cac gave him the side eye while he was walking with his becky and he went off on him and nearly beat him to a pulp....but the cac was a undercover cop and shot homie in the face killing him...
anybody??...
