So peep game. I'm 5'7 and hover around 160 but I love my body and shape where I'm at right now. I'm pretty soft, but toned if that makes sense. I put on muscle very easily. I absolutely do not want to get any bigger than this. Unless it's in the right places
I work out 4-5 times a week. I do 30 mins of moderate to intense cardio and then lift free weights or do ab work. I don't have a strict regimen or nothing, I do what body part I feel like doing that day. I just like to work out cause it feels good and I work crazy hours sitting down the whole time and I need to be active.
I've never raised the amount of weight I use. I stay wit them 20s. I feel like I need to be more serious if I don't want to get any more thicker than this. I guess I'd be happiest around 155 and still curvy. What's a young thug to do? Gimme some tips brehs I got nothing but time to go to the gym and come back to America shytting on nikkas!!!
