So peep game. I'm 5'7 and hover around 160 :sadbron: but I love my body and shape where I'm at right now. I'm pretty soft, but toned if that makes sense. I put on muscle very easily. I absolutely do not want to get any bigger than this. Unless it's in the right places :shaq:

I work out 4-5 times a week. I do 30 mins of moderate to intense cardio and then lift free weights or do ab work. I don't have a strict regimen or nothing, I do what body part I feel like doing that day. I just like to work out cause it feels good and I work crazy hours sitting down the whole time and I need to be active.

I've never raised the amount of weight I use. I stay wit them 20s. I feel like I need to be more serious if I don't want to get any more thicker than this. I guess I'd be happiest around 155 and still curvy. What's a young thug to do? Gimme some tips brehs I got nothing but time to go to the gym and come back to America shytting on nikkas!!!

would you like to be skinnier or maintain where you are at? cause it seems like whatever youre doing is working for maintaining

all i can say is reduce calories and get down to 155 if thats what you think youll be healthy at

without pics of your body(no simp) i cant really tell you my personal opinion

for a girl @ 5'7" odds are you probably would look healthiest between 130-140 unless you have significant muscle mass for a woman :manny:

sounds like you love your body, but like a lot of woman you're concerned about the number on a scale. if you have a lot of muscle and are satisfied w/ the mirror then quit worrying about the scale.

i don't see how 5lbs is gonna dramatically alter your happiness, but if you want to lose weight or avoid getting any bigger (which sounds like your main concern) then your diet is gonna be what you should focus on.

Yeah, I have this real psychological "thing" about weighing at or above 160. But forreal I'm happy with what the mirror looks like. I could prolly stand to lose a little stomach pudge but it's not nothing crazy. If I suck it in, my abs look righteous. My goal is to never ever ever get fat.

I'm at work right now so these are the best pics I have. Not gonna leave em up too long. No simp.

If you feel comfortable at your weight, and you like what is in the mirror then you are fine. Keep up the exercising if you want to maintain your shape. Good luck :yes:

u need to take that thong off and i can tell u wut u need to do after that, sometimes tha weight gets distributed to tha lower regions of tha body, i also need to know wut that thang smell like, might be deficient in certain vitamins or somethin......... :manny:

are you in the military?

if you feel you need to lose a little weight as a preventive measure b/c of age/health, then just cut your calories. if you continue to workout and cut your cals, you will lose the 5-7 lbs easily and get a more defined look. if you lose that much weight you won't lose your "soft features". you look good tho in those pics.

Your probably near 30% bodyfat keep doing what your doing I bet you will look amazing at 25%. Just cat calories for a short period to get there and you'll be good

can you go out and do some outreach to these black women out here....I was at work yesterday.....I was at lunch the other day and I had 4 females near me

1 black skinnny toned, all she was eating was some nabs, cutie in the face, body nice ..... righteous
1 black chick, overly stereotypical fat, I mean back fat popping out, arm looking like marshmallows, eating some pizza,
1 white chick, real skinny, small frame, small breast, eating something real light
1 white chick also small framed, eating some beans and some other stuff...

The point is the white chick with the beans was talking about how her husband and her were on a diet. Plus that since they've been married he's gained pounds and she's lost. This is while the big black chick is sitting there stuffing her face with pizza and she just laughs. Everyone at the table is like why are you talking about diet to this big black woman. The white woman who spoke this probably realized she had said something sorta odd at an odd time too.

Long story short...................I'm tired of seeing these overweight black women............when I know underneath all that fat is a much skinnier toned woman............we need some outreach out in these streets....shiits ridiculous...
